2010 is bringing change aka divorce
DZ asked for a divorce so Zilla and I will be moving back to the great Sunshine State soon. I am one of those people that truely believes that things happen for a reason and although I may not understand it now I'm not going to question it. Zilla and I will be just peachy and surrounded by family. DZ and I are on totally friendly terms and we plan to stay that way. Okay so...Not much else I want to say on the subject.

Sorry to hear it, but it sounds like you're going to be OK. Never easy though.
I just posted a blog today about my ex and I and how "well" we handled things right after the divorce. I hope you are better at being friends than I was.... I was in all honesty a real brat to deal with after the divorce. Praying you dont have to deal with that.

Jenn ~ Yeah I think that Zilla and I will be just fine. It's not ever easy but I figure that I can choose to either be happy or unhappy and surely happy will win everytime!
Autumn ~ Thanks again for directing me to your post. I hope that things can remain pleasent between DZ & I even if he has given me reason not to be. Zilla is what's important and he can't truely be happy unless I am so thats what my goal is.
Sounds like you have a fantastic attitude even if it's not the most ideal situation. But you're right that so much of it is a choice in how we react to situations.
